I recently purchased a product from this company and through no fault of their own the delivery was delayed by a day. This meant being a frozen product it wasn’t in the condition I expected.
I contacted the company and their response was absolutely superb. They showed concern following my email and immediately made contact by phone.
Their offer was to replace the first item which has happened and I now have a product which I have complete confidence in.
Excellent service and I can’t recommend them enough.

I have been a customer of DR for many years. I have
bought a wide variety of food. Not once have i been disappointed. Fillet Steak is my favourite, and i have just eaten a Steak Burger, very tasty.

This is a game changer! All frozen but you wouldn't believe it. I've not had one bad thing from here, the sausage rolls are amazing, the beer battered fish is a must and the desserts..wow! Delivery is unbelievably quick too.

This was a repeat order after a few months of buying from supermarkets and the quality difference in the meat is obvious. There is a great range of products on the website and good stock levels so everything I wanted was available. Clear communication about the delivery which was well packed. Will definitely be ordering again.

Excellent quality products, helpful staff and some really good offers regularly put out on e-mail and post.
My only negative comment for me would be to cut down on the postage offers and concentrate on the e-mails.

Arrived on arrange date, well packaged, all put straight into the freezer, great service as usual.

I am "gob smacked" to read the bad reviews regarding emails , though to be honest criticizing a company for over active marketing is OK but to then give them 0 stars is well over the top. Havant you people heard of a spam filter. If you don't want an email stick it in the spam box. We have used Donald Russell for about 4 years, spending enough to get free delivery about every 6 weeks. All the products that we have had including the Steak Burgers, which taste of meat and have a texture that confirms "Real meat" have been excellent. My only suggestion is don't buy the deserts, why would you buy deserts from a butcher? The deliveries have always been on time, well packed and well frozen. If you have bad deliveries "don't shoot the Messengers" complain to the Shipping company. I will continue to use them regularly and enjoy good quality meat.

We have been customers for a number of years and have always had excellent service and quality products. We have had problems with the courier company but DR have reimbursed or replaced goods.
